What is a DMC in Morocco?
A DMC (Destination Management Company) is the inbound agency that runs, on the ground, the trip sold by a travel agency or tour operator: hotels, transport, guides, activities and assistance. Founded in Casablanca in 1997, Monarch Travel plays this role in Morocco for travel professionals.
Do you work with travel agencies and tour operators?
Yes, it is the heart of what we do. We prepare programmes in Morocco at trade rates for agencies, tour operators and event organisers, then look after their travellers on the ground.
Which services do you offer in Morocco?
Scheduled tours with guaranteed departures, tailor-made private tours, Signature luxury journeys, MICE events (seminars, incentives, conferences), golf breaks, adventure activities with Monarch Active and chauffeur-driven vehicle hire.
Is there a minimum number of travellers?
No. Our scheduled tours depart every week from Casablanca, Marrakech, Tangier and the Costa del Sol, with no minimum number of participants. Our private tours run on the date of your choice, for a single traveller as well as for a group.
Which cities in Morocco do you cover?
All over Morocco: Marrakech, Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier, Fez, Agadir, Taghazout, Ouarzazate, Merzouga and Erfoud, as well as the desert, Atlas and Atlantic coast stops in between.
Do you organise seminars, incentives and conferences?
Yes. For your MICE events we handle all the logistics: hotels and meeting rooms, transfers, gala dinners, team building activities and a dedicated coordinator on site throughout the event.
Do you offer golf breaks?
Yes. As an official IAGTO member, we organise turnkey golf breaks in Marrakech, Agadir, Rabat, Casablanca, Fez and Tangier: booked tee times, hotels by the fairways, transfers and prize-giving dinner.
How does a quote request work?
You send us your brief: dates, budget, number and profile of travellers. We reply with a costed proposal including a detailed itinerary, hotels and trade rates, adjusted with you until it is approved. Our guides, drivers and coordinators then look after your clients on the ground.
