What information do you need to send a quote?
A few lines are enough: the type of trip or service, the number of participants, the dates or period, the destination you have in mind and, if possible, the travellers' profile or the purpose of the event. The more precise the brief, the more precise our proposal.
What happens after I send the form?
Your request goes straight to our team and you receive a confirmation e-mail. We get back to you to clarify the project if needed, then send you a costed proposal.
Can I request a quote for a specific service?
Yes. On our service, tour and destination pages, the “Request a quote” and “Enquire” buttons open this form already filled in with your choice. You can also select the service in the “Your request” list.
Where are your offices?
Our teams work from our offices in Casablanca, our head office, and Marrakech. Their addresses, phone numbers and e-mails are shown on this page.
What are your opening hours?
Our offices are open Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6.30 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 1 pm. The form, of course, is available at any time.
