Data collected

The website has no user accounts. The information entered in the quote request form is sent by email to our team and kept in our request-tracking database; a confirmation email is sent to you.

When you write to us, we receive the information you send us: title, last name, first name, company, email, phone and details of your project.

Purposes

• Responding to your requests and sending you travel or event proposals;
• Organising the services you entrust to us;

Your data is neither sold nor transferred to third parties. It may be shared with the service providers strictly necessary to deliver your programme (hotels, carriers, guides).

Retention period

Business correspondence is kept for the duration of the business relationship, then archived in accordance with legal obligations.

Cookies and third-party services

The site sets no advertising cookies. Only with your consent, it uses Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited) to measure its traffic: pages viewed, length of visit, origin and type of device.

• Google Analytics cookies are only set after you click “Accept” in the cookie banner. They are kept for a maximum of 13 months.
• Your choice is stored in your browser for 13 months. You can change it at any time using the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page.
• Google Analytics data may be processed in the United States, under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
• Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts: your IP address is then transmitted to Google.
